Silence all around.
Bed with a stale smell (or just stale bedding). There was a dryer with wet sheets in the room. One of the bedrooms turned out to be passable, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no bed and towel for one bed. The place in the parking lot is not marked (although the description mentioned place #24), so I had to get into any free place.

In its current condition, the only advantage of this apartment is a dedicated parking space.
1. The refrigerator does not close properly and does not keep the temperature, this has been reported, no reaction or comment. 2. The decoder remote control does not work - no reaction either. 3. The balcony door is leaking and is swaying - it's dragging from there. 4. Only the hinges remain of the glass near the bathtub 5. The sofa in the living room is not only not comfortable, it is full of bedbugs, both we and the children are bitten by bedbugs. Unfortunately, we found out too late.
